I am passionate about how the human body moves and the impacts it has on our total health. I truly believe movement can help people thrive. Movement is medicine - it helps up move efficiently, feeds our brains and keeps our organs functioning properly.
This passion for healthy movement was created through my own experiences with athletic performance, injury and debilitating health issues. In pursuit of my personal health I have become passionate about sharing my experience with others. I take an all-encompassing approach to health which means I use whatever resources you need to get healthy. I work with nutrition specialists, medical specialists and you, the owner of your body. I also specialize in visceral manipulation because if your organs are moving properly (yes, they move inside you & can be restricted) that can increase your ability to be healthy.
I also strongly believe that toxins disrupt our movement through tissue damage and forcing organs to work overtime, creating an abundance of issues. We are exposed to toxins every day and much of it can't be helped. That's why I focus on what I can control through natural medicine and non-toxic living. One major way I do this is by using doTERRA therapeutic grade essential oils and I love to share what I've learned about their benefits.
I'm always moving which means I get to travel and meet new people, learn about nutrition and natural medicine and enjoy my favorite activity - all things fitness. My idea of a relaxing day is out in the mountains with my pup and friends. And call me me crazy, but I try to avoid furniture whenever possible because I believe it's a big source of our health issues today!

Do you take insurance?
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies, so I take payment at the time of service and can provide you with a detailed receipt to send into your insurance to try for reimbursement. It’s always best to call your insurance beforehand so that you know how much they will cover for out-of-network physical therapy services.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies based on personal history and what we’re working to heal, but the Invincible philosophy is based on self-care education to limit the frequency of in person sessions. If someone needs/requests more hands on work we can meet once a week. Otherwise it’s usually every couple of weeks/months. Visceral manipulation is recommended every 3-4 weeks.
